Doha, Qatar — February 11, 2025: The Rawabi Mini Marathon 2025 concluded successfully, bringing together over 1,000 participants in a grand celebration of health, fitness, and community spirit. The event, held in partnership with the Qatar Sports for All Federation (QSFA) and Rawabi Sports League (RSL), reinforced Rawabi Group’s commitment to fostering a healthier and more active society in alignment with Qatar National Vision 2030.

The marathon was officially flagged off by esteemed dignitaries, including Mr. Mohammed Abdulla, Managing Director of Al Rawabi Group; Mr. Ajmal Abdulla, Executive Director; Mr. Muhammed Sadikh, Group Director; Mr. Haris Thayyil, Group Director; Mr. K.K Usman, Managing Director of Five Group; Mr. Kannu Baker, General Manager; Mr. Muhammed Jaseel; and Mr. Muhammed Sinan. The presence of department heads from Rawabi Group further underscored the company’s collective commitment to health and wellness initiatives.

Speaking about the event, Mr. Ajmal Abdulla, Executive Director of Rawabi Group, stated:

The marathon saw enthusiastic participation from people of all ages and backgrounds, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose. The 2-kilometer walkathon route, starting from Rawabi Hypermarket Izghawa and concluding at Al Gharafa Sports Club, served as a perfect platform to encourage an active lifestyle while celebrating Qatar Sports Day.

Rawabi Group was honored to have Qatar Sports for All Federation (QSFA) and Rawabi Sports League (RSL) as official partners for the event.
