Service and Warranty

1. Warranty Conditions

  1. The warranty applies solely to the initial purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
  2. During the warranty period, repairs must be conducted exclusively by personnel authorized by the company.
  3. If units are installed outside the municipal limits of the company's Authorized Service Center, it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the nearest authorized service center and transport the unit to the center at the purchaser's own cost and risk.
  4. Calls made to the centralized helpline or Authorized Service Center, which involve only cleaning of the unit or its parts due to dust accumulation, general explanations, or software issues such as reading or installation problems, are not considered as defects. The company bears no responsibility for the quality of software used by the purchaser.
  5. If any part or parts of the unit require repair, this warranty will continue to be valid for the remaining duration of the warranty period. The time taken for repairs and transit, whether covered under warranty or not, will not be excluded from the warranty period.
  6. If the authorized service center personnel detect any damage to the product or misuse, the warranty conditions will not apply, and repairs will be carried out based on the availability of parts and at a chargeable rate.
  7. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, and spares become unavailable, the purchaser will be required to accept the company's prevailing depreciation rules as a commercial solution in place of repairs.
  8. If the company provides an EXTENDED WARRANTY period for a particular product or duration, it is the PURCHASER'S RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that the warranty card is registered promptly with the nearest Authorized Service Center within two weeks of purchase under such an offer. This registration must be done at the purchaser's own expense and risk.
  9. Repairs during the warranty period will be conducted on a "Carry In" basis. This means that the purchaser is required to bring the product to the Service Center where the set is registered for warranty service. The warranty does not include the cost of transporting the system from its place of installation to the Service Center.

Warranty Exclusions

  1. The product is not purchased from rawabihypermarket.com
  2. The product purchased is not used according to instructions given in the INSTRUCTION MANUAL, as determined by the authorized service center / company personnel.
  3. Defects caused by improper use, as determined by the Authorized Service Center / Company personnel.
  4. Warranty shall be void if product has failed under certain conditions/types (example: Waterlogging, misuse etc.)
  5. Modification or alterations of any nature made in the circuitry by the purchaser or unauthorized personnel, as determined by the company personnel.
  6. Site (premises where the product is kept) conditions that do not confirm the recommended operating conditions of the machine/unit.
  7. The original serial number is removed, obliterated, or altered from the product.
  8. Defects due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God or while in transit to service center or to the purchaser's residence.
  9. Defects caused by household pets, rats, cockroaches or any other animals or insects.
  10. Under no circumstance the company is liable for loss directly or indirectly for any of the following:
    • Third party claims against customer for losses or damages.
    • Loss or damage to records, information or data.
    • Economic resultant damage including lost profits.
    • Customer is recommended to take back up for hard disk contents before passing on the unit for repair. The company shall not offer hard disk backup service.
    • In case of repair, hard disk contents may be damaged, and customer will not be informed in advance. The company shall not be liable for any data, records or program lost due to repair.
  11. Warranty does not cover any third-party software, settings, content, data, or links, whether included/- Downloaded in product.
  12. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including, without limitation, wear and tear of camera lenses, batteries or displays).
  13. The warranty does not extend to defects or alleged defects resulting from the use of the product with accessories, software, or services not manufactured or supplied by the company, or if the product is used in a manner other than its intended purpose. Defects may arise from viruses originating from your own system or from unauthorized access to services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks, which can occur through hacking, password mining, or various other means.
  14. Defects arising from the battery being short-circuited, the seals of the battery enclosure or cells being broken or tampered with, or the battery being used in equipment for which it was not specified, are not covered by the warranty.
