Products beyond the initial refund period and after the manufacturer's warranty expires won't be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If the product was delivered to your home or office by a courier, we can organize a courier collection for its return. Please contact customer services at 000 000 to arrange this. Ensure that products collected by the courier are well-packaged for their return journey, and all outer packaging remains in the condition it was received in.

Returns are free of charge for dead received items. Charges will apply for items where you the customer change your mind after the product has been shipped.
If you've informed us within seven working days of receiving your order that you're returning everything because of faulty products, we'll fully refund your delivery charge. However, if you're only returning some items, or all items but after the seven working day period, we won't refund your delivery charge, and there may be additional charges for uplift.
If a courier collects your returned item, your refund will be processed on the card you used for payment, and it will reflect in the next billing cycle after we've received the item and approved it at Rawabi.
